Order Processing
After receiving your order, it is typically processed within 1-3 business days on average. During particularly busy times, processing may take up to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package at any time. To ensure fast and reliable delivery, NEFER works with trusted third-party fulfillment partners who ship orders directly from our warehouse network. This allows us to process and deliver orders efficiently to customers in all regions we serve.

Delivery Timeline and Delays

If no specific timeframe is stated, orders will be delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, as required under applicable consumer-protection laws.
If a significant delay occurs:
- We will contact you by email as soon as possible, and
- You will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the item cannot be delivered within a reasonable time.
Tracking and Notifications

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- First, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- If still unresolved, contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
We will assist with carrier investigations and replacement claims in accordance with carrier policies.
NEFER is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund under our warranty and consumer-rights obligations.
Courier Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or courier strikes.
We will make every effort to notify you if such a delay occurs and assist in resolving it promptly.
